A cool Chuck Norris film. Chuck Norris plays a sheriff in a small Texas town, dealing with a psychotic killer who a group of genetic engineerers make invunerable. A great action film that has some good moments.
Toni Kalem, Steven Keats, Ron Silver, Brian Libby, William Finley and Stephen Furst make up the great cast in this 1982 cllassic.
