This was actually a surprising movie for Chuck Norris. A mix of sci-fi/kung-fu/action isn't what you would expect from Chuck Norris.
A mental patient goes crazy and kills some people then gets gunned down by the cops. Of course some scientists bring him back to life and make him stronger. He then goes back on a killing spree.
Chuck Norris is the sheriff who saves the day while he also knocks around the gang that tries stirring up trouble.
There was quite a bit of nudity, good action and a fun Chuck Norris movie.
