I'm surprised by how much I enjoyed this movie. Yes, i'm a fan of the videogame series upon which the flick is based, but still I must admit that I went in with very low expectations. The first 3/4 of the movie more then shatter them.
I do agree with the comments that the final quarter leaves a bit to be desired (More Pyramid Head in climax, please!) but the WTF? ending and setup for potential sequel more then make up for it. Solid horror entry.
