Review of Silence (2017) by Dar T — 30 Dec 2018
One of the most profoundly atmospheric, immersive, and unique films I've ever come across. I consider this one of my favourite movies of all time and it's hard to see that changing. Hollywood simply doesn't make movies like this anymore.
Many people have criticised this for its slow pacing but I think this is what gives the movie weight, sucking you in. You never quite know what's going to happen next.
