Review of Sicko (2007) by James J — 12 Jul 2010
Probably Michael Moore's best documentary. He really succeeds in making me want to move to another country or at least start a revolution here. But this time, he actually supports this with concrete evidence by showing how other countries around the world operate their healthcare.
It's really eye-opening and quite sad (for us Americans), really. Moore does have a penchant to ask some dumb questions, sometimes, and his filmmaking style is sometimes a bit distracting to the overall message, but truly, this is his first documentary that should be required watching for all Americans.
