This is Michael Moore's best so far, but it's even better than I'd expected. Normally, Moore's films are a little maudlin, slow-tempo, and some parts irrelevant. But this time around, he hit the nail on the head, and kept me laughing, crying, and stunned.

The state of private health care insurance in America is atrocious, and he drives a spike through it. If you don't know much about the problems, and you see this film, I promise you will be jaw-droppingly amazed at how well it works in other countries, and at how well it doesn't work here, even for the wealthy.

My head nearly exploded when I learned just how different things are. However, I was disappointed to learn later that Moore stretched the truth a bit - for instance, things in Cuba aren't quite so rosy, and people in Canada aren't quite so content.

Regardless, our system has so much ground to cover to make up for gaps in coverage and the profit motive of insurance companies that he's basically shooting fish in a barrel.
