Amazing that something of politically-correct Hollywood could come out with this kind of storyline: America's southern border being infiltrated by terrorists; and we're not talking here about Mexican terrorists! Is it inconceivable to those with heads buried in the sand --- figuratively speaking, though Sicario might have it literally --- that Islamic terrorists could get into a South American or Central American country and work their way up to and across the Mexican border into the U.
