People who don't like this movie don't like it because of the picture it paints not because of it Has bad acting, or directing. Truthfully as I watched I knew this movie would rub people the wrong way.
It doesn't line up with their beliefs on what the situation down on the border is and it paints a graphic picture. But as someone who's lived in El Paso and SEEN it, I can attest that it's an accurate one.
This is a very rough but truthful portrayal of how the cartels operate and how our border is manipulated. As I said the acting in it is SUPERB just as the last one. The action scenes are just as suspenseful.
I say it carries on the legacy well.
