In anticipation of the release of Sicario 2 this weekend, I finally got around to seeing Sicario. Villeneuve and Sheridan crafted a deeply twisted and grounded thriller about the war on drugs from the perspective of a naive FBI agent.
Expert performances by Blunt, Brolin and Del Toro.
