Plot has a huge twist towards the end, DiCaprio is amazing as usual, soundtrack adds a great mood and really builds up the scenes. Cinematography is excellent, many different shots are used and the viewer gets an excellent feel of being on Shutter Island and the shots and soundtrack build the somber mood of the film.
Also a cliffhanger in the last scene which leaves audiences thinking.
