Review of Shutter (2004) by Amy D — 07 Mar 2008

I have seen enough Asian horror movies with angry, wronged female ghosts to expect a little more from my films these days-- a strong plot, a nice twist. This movie delivered, though I found it a bit slow (and not terribly scary, but I did jump a few times).

I can't describe what I liked best without giving away huge spoilers, so let me just say I thought the ending was perfectly poetic.
