Woops- just emailed RT saying I couldn't find this listed- and here it is. The wrong year and unknown subtitle threw me. Anyway even though this has been done before (The Ring, The Grudge, One Missed Call) and even though it was outdated pretty much on release (who uses camera and film anymore) - this is a very effective horror movie and delivers plenty of scares.
An added bonus is that it is from Thailand so the (all too rare) glimpses of another culture are fascinating. Highly recommended for some late night shivers.
