The final chapter in the ogre's adventures is not entirely en par with the first parts. You can't say that the plot takes the easy way out, the What If..approach actually has a lot of potential.

What's lacking compared to the predecessors is a certain charm and the really big laughs. There are only few of those and to a certain degree it feels like you've seen it all before. It doesn't help that there have been visually more impressive animation films by now.

Overall still very entertaining and a decent ending to the franchise, but still the weakest part by far.
