Showgirls' only redeeming quality is the fact that it's absolutely hilarious; for all the wrong reasons. It's attempts to represent the glitz and glamour of the late 90's Vegas dance scene is laughable, thanks to poor acting, disastrous camerawork (why are there so many close ups?!) and an overuse of nudity that loses all it's impact after about 2 minutes.
