A quiet revenge film starring Michael Shannon. Good, but really didn't have a whole lot of narrative ambition. Built some interesting characters, only to do almost nothing with them. I think quiet shouldn't mean inactive.
I think you'd be better off watching 'Sling Blade,' but this is a realistic, slow story of an interesting place to be in.
