Review of Shot Caller (2017) by Gman H — 03 Aug 2017

Very enjoyable flick. Well made in every aspect. Jaime did a fine job. There were minor flaws which I'm gonna get detailed into right below:

When money got back into the prison near the end, he somehow managed to carry a blade inside. Usually there's a great deal of procedure prisoners go through before set foot in the cell or was it because he's a big shot and they let him without checking for possible weapons?! Also I really don't understand what money meant when he said to the cop "The arrangements will remain and I run the show", Aren't the gang gonna try to get revenge for murdering their boss or is it just another alpha male spoon feeding that winner owns the show? Other than these two relatable flaws, everything else was well put together and acted out.
