Review of Shortbus (2006) by Roxanne C — 26 Dec 2008

One-dimensional, self-absorbed...I get the movie is a narrative on loneliness and all that, it just doesn't do much well in a storytelling sense. A few scenes pay off by the time you've sat through the train-wreck of the first third of the film, and I dig the cardboard New York animated bits, but Hedwig showed much more promise that this film followed up on.

Terrible editing on this too, I was almost twitching in spots.
