One of the best examples of independent film this year. This extension of the short film of the same name delves deep into the lives of social workers and the neglected youths in a short term facility outside of San Francisco.
A powerful story met with some gripping young performances by Larson and Gallagher Jr., really makes this a sleeper hit. Reviewed 2/3/13. Rated 3.75 out of 5.
