For some reason I saw through a large majority of the blunders surrounding this movie and really enjoyed the fast paced, reality based, kick-butt action movie. I am a huge Mark Wahlberg fan and the fact that this was one of his "lesser" performances made it all the more enjoyable. Sure the movie has plenty of pot holes and some serious moral problems but overall it is not nearly as bad as everyone seems to be making it out to be.

First off the movie does in fact have some flaws in the plot line and in the basic story structure. But honestly you can't look at this type of movie, specifically that of a major political take down/assassination --- action movie and expect to be wowed and impressed by story line and the amazing morals/characters. I loved the movie though; through and through. Loved the flaws which made it feel human, loved the action scenes which perked up my love of movies, loved the relationship between Bob and Sarah (LOVED THAT! =p), and loved the story line--as flawed as it was.

Although I will admit the biggest flaw to the movie was the lack of a really good ending. Just going into the house and finishing the deed is not really what I see as a solid ending... but hey. That's why I write reviews, not direct movies that make millions.

Personally, don't read these reviews and expect to be disappointed because it is simply not true.
