Review of Shock Treatment (1973) by Stuart W — 07 Sep 2007
One of those forgotten movies that deserves to be refound, like I just have done. This 'sequel' to Rocky Horror has everything that made the 1975 cult classic so popular; bizarre characters; outrageous situations and some terrific songs.
So it lacks the cast but with some nice cameos from British stars before they were famous (Rik Mayall and Sinitta) it's just a fun, silly, toe-tapping musical experience. Much better than, say, High School Musical, but then that's not too hard.
