This is not a martial arts movie at all. its a straight up 100% gangster flick. its jackie chans darkest grittiest and most violent film so far. its also one of his best. the story, the rise and fall, and the best acting jackie has done yet.
it was nice to see him in a fresh new (for him) role. he needs to stick to movies like this and not ones like the madallion the tuxedo or the spy next door. theres an amazing actor inside jackie and if you give him the right role, hes unstoppable.
great movie.
