Review of Sherlock Jr. (1924) by A R — 26 Jul 2007
Nothing is better than a Buster Keaton short, and this might be his best. He's among the first to direct a film that calls attention to itself as a film. But also this is hilarious, filled with the usual Buster stunts and gags.
Proof that you can be artful and entertaining at the same time.
