Review of Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows (2011) by Patricia R — 17 Feb 2014

This movie was amazing in all of its suspensuful glory. The fact that the rating isn't 95-100% really shocks me. Robert Downey Jr. as Sherlock Holmes is astonishing and he really and truly brought the character to life.

Although we can't give him ALL the credit, because truth be told his personality is rather witty and outgoing on its own. Jude Law really complimented Robert and their chemistry on set and off was magnificent.

Now let's talk about the action. Of course, another "Cat chases mouse" movie right? That couldn't be more wrong! At first Moriarity starts off with the upper hand, and you think all is lost for Sherlock.

But then Sherlock pounces back in for the kill and emerges victorious. Their characters are both like one another, which accounts for an extremely well put together movie because you don't know who's going to win, which is what adds to the ongoing mystery of this movie.

This movie was magnificent, and I hope that future viewers think so too! :).
