If you are expecting a continuation of the plot teaser you got at the end of thr first movie then never watch this movie because they throw it out in the first 5 minutes and spend the rest of the movie on anti-war propaganda.
No steampunk to be found in this movie. Good acting saves this from from being a complete disaster.
