Why do period pieces have to look so dreary; I am sure there was sunshine on some days in Holmes' London. But with Guy Ritchie at the helm, I guess not. Robert Downey Jrn is good, even a bit Tony Starkish in the fight scenes.
I barely recognised Jude Law.
