"Sherlock Holmes" is a mystery, action/adventure movie. It is about Sherlock Holmes and his parter, Dr. John Watson. Robert Downey Jr plays Holmes, and Jude Law plays Watson. It is about how Holmes and his partner capture a criminal, who practices in the black arts, named Lord Blackwell, and how he escapes.
Holmes and Watson undergo rigorous practices and processes and elimations to figure out how Blackwell escaped his prisonment underground and who helped him escape his confinement. The film involves black arts, magic, covenants, chemistry, and alchemy.
It also goes on on how Holmes believes that science solves everything, and that he does not believe in magic and other worldly dimensions and creatures. He has a scientific mind for everything that goes on around him and the world.
It is a good movie, of how Sherlock Holmes does his investigation/detective work and reasoning and why he is the best in his profession.
