Huge Tisdale fan. She has this character down pat. She is wonderful here. The movie is merely good - it seems to lose steam about 2/3 the way through. Perry overplays a bit, but the dogs are cute. The doggy love story didn't work for me though.
Good family film with a familiar character acting just like she should. Worth a watch if you've seen any of the High School Musical movies.
