Review of Sharkwater (2006) by Elias K — 25 Nov 2010
A really powerful documentary. It showcases not only the amazing beauty and awe of sharks and of the ocean in general, but the sickening corruption, senslessness, stupidity and brutality of mankinds interaction with it.
The photography and footage is stunning. I dare anyone to watch this film with an open mind and not be deeply moved by a desire to save the sharks, and to cease the horrific destruction of the most valuable resource of our world.
This is one of those movies that everyone in the world should see, because its message, beauty and ideals definetly have the power to change things.
