Review of Shark Attack 3: Megalodon (2002) by Dave C — 25 Jun 2007
This film gets two stars purely for just how ridiculous and yet funny this film really is. John Barrowman AKA Captain Jack Harkness plays a coastguard who discovers that there is a shark in the water munching on people and with the aid of one of the worst actresses (Jennifer McShane) I have ever witnessed try to deal with the problem.
McShane is truly awful and I can never tell whether she is happy or sad as it seems the same expression either way. The first 59 minutes of the film flow exactly as you'd expect including the mayor that doesn't want to close the beaches (again!).
Then the film really gets going and it has got to be seen to be believed, I could say more but I really don't want to spoil it. Also of worthy note is an unbelievable chat up line from Barrowman.
