A great indy film. Beautiful scenery and I liked how the protagonist's character development was gradually influenced by every person he encounters in his life. This film does take on some aspects we've come to know as Chinese stereotypes (ie.
Karaoke, wontons, loud arguing, bad movies). The taxicab argument scene was laugh-out-loud. Very deep stuff overall. Asian pride!
