I'm not a huge western fan, but I think that this must be the worst one I have seen. The story line is ok I guess, although it is the story line for most other westerns, but I think what did it was the characters. Shane was so camp it was unbelivable and the kid, oh the annoying little whiney kid. 'whyyyyyy Shaaaaaane? Don't go Shaaaane, I love you Shaaaaaane, Show me how to use a gun Shaaaaaane' I think that everyone in the room wanted to shoot that kid by the end, and it has been the butt of many jokes for a few months now.
If given the choice to watch this film again, I would probably run away.
