A dark tale of a man afflicted with compulsive sexual addiction, Steve McQueen's second feature film is showing he is an unrelenting force to be reckoned with. The scenes in this movies that remove dialogue are breathtaking.
The movie's theme seems to embody the struggle Brandon has with separating his professional, family, and sexually obsessive lives. This is an unsung best of 2011.
