Review of Shallow Ground (2005) by Kevin L — 10 Apr 2008
Though sullied by b-grade acting and one-liners, and some repetitive special effects, this budget horror outing still has bathtubs full of blood, a nauseating atmosphere, some grotesque imagery, a decent premise and independent charm, trumping the majority of it's mainstream kin.
Makes one frustrated that large budgets are invested elsewhere! Amply scary. Pee!
