Though it is the object of eternal scorn for winning Best Picture over Saving Private Ryan and The Thin Red Line, Shakespeare in Love is truly a worthy film. It's an unlikely romantic comedy that manages to beat the odds and shut up naysayers.
Very fun filmmaking.
