I've expected much more from this movie because I really liked the remake. This one is slow-paced, the story is not interesting and even Richard Roundtree isn't that great - his 'coolness' came off as forced.
The best thing about the movie is excellent soundtrack by Isaac Hayes. Now, THAT's cool.
