Takes a slight edge over Psycho and Vertigo as the best of Hitchcock. Uncle Charlie is a complete and total psychopath. A man that makes Travis Bickle look like a saint. Travis was trying to do something good for a change, Uncle Charlie is just pure evil.
Him and Harry Lime should have cocktails together. To quote the beautiful Teresa Wright "Uncle Charlie is coming to shake us all up!". And that he did!
