As usual with Hitchcock films the background work is genius. The camera work and the humor littered through the for the most part serious film is incredible. However some of the acting wasn't spectacular and I didn't find Teresa Wright very believable at times.
Still an excellent movie, in particular Joseph Cotten who was outstanding in the antagonistic role of Uncle Charlie.
