A rather misguided idea (a Beatles-based movie with zero Beatles involvement)which would have been horrendous if it wasn't for some pretty decent casting. Aerosmith's famous cover of "Come Together" comes from this film, and Alice Cooper - with a mustache - puts on a pretty good show, too.
Aerosmith's role as the evil band was originally planned for KISS, who turned it down out of wanting to be perceived as superheroes rather than villains.
