It's pretty much a low rent version of Zack and Miri that didn't have much going for it. There's a bunch of stuff that either never work or didn't make sense. There's only a handful of jokes that worked and seeing Cameron Diaz almost nude, but that's about it.
This movie was pretty much an ad for the iPad.
