Didn't think I would ever see this because it looked terrible but when one is trapped on a couch and Netflix is available without actually moving...
Sex Tapes biggest issue is a weak cartoonish script that seemingly has no levels. The cast is game but they have very little to work with. There are a few funny moments but they are vignettes placed in the movie for comedy not anything that relates to the plot.
Extra half star for supporting cast; Kumail Nanjiani, Rob Cordry, Ellie Kemper and Jack Black.
