Revisited this 1989 masterpiece ... Some of the best acting ever ... Spader is Spader ... he is the creep with a heart ... Andie MacDowell is one of the classiest and most beautifull unattractive woman ever ... everything in this movie just works ... in the South but not the typical Southern caricature ... but it couldn't have been placed anywhere else ... Tennessee Williams would have loved it too ... See it again ...
