Review of Sex and the City 2 (2010) by Marguerite P — 25 Jul 2011
Sex and the City 2 isn't the best of films and is over long with it's 2 and a half hour run time but it is still enjoyable for a one off thing now. The story seemed to be a story what would have happened off screen on the TV-show because the TV-show had enjoyable episodes. The only main good things in the movie is the acting, production design and music. For the storyline is seems like it should be nomitated and win a Razzie.
It might be time to end the Sex and the City universe and the 40-something foursome unless they can get back on track with Sex and the City 3 and hopefully be as enjoyable as the TV-show and the first movie.
Shame this movie was really bad, I am a big fan of the show (yes I'm male and I like SATC, I find it very funny and love the witty lines in every episode) and it was very disapointing that this film failed.
