A rather gritty film following the life of Ian Dury the famous lead singer of the ban the Blockheads. The film is supposed to be a first hand account of his life and a is a very well made film. Ian is an iconic character because he was diagnosed with polio at an early age but defied all the odds by becoming one of the most iconic punk rockers ever! I enjoyed the film and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in Punk rock or re-living the 70"s.
Andy Serkis plays an absolutely amazing role as Ian Dury.
