Review of Seventh Son (2014) by Fantasy_Critic — 08 Feb 2015
The film has so many flaws. The misuse of A-list actors is disheartening, the dialogue is like that of a Saturday morning cartoon, and the accents are equal parts ridiculous and inconsistent. And it seemed as if the visuals were out of focus.
Also, when someone goes flying into a pillar at 80 mph, they should be dead, or at the very least, seriously injured. Also, I wish Kit Harington was in the film longer. Also. There isn't a whole lot of character development.
The film also has some good features though. Cool CGI and great action. Cool villains, and a plot that has potential. But in the end, the film was pretty bad.
