Review of Seven Years in Tibet (1997) by Josh F — 05 Jan 2009
Seven Years in Tibet is a fantastic film for anyone who wants a glimpse of the struggle between China and Tibet, along with some of the smaller conflicts of World War II not normally seen on film. Brad Pitt's performance was good, but his accent wasn't very convincing.
The film was well paced, very interesting, and shot well. Seeing this film makes me more interested in the conflicts Tibet faces. The film has flaws, but overall it is a very good watch.
