Review of Seven Years in Tibet (1997) by Alejandro970 — 12 Feb 2021
Based on the memoirs of Heinrich Harrer, narrating the failed ascension to Nanda Parbat, his capture as a prisoner of war and the events that led him to meet the future Dalai Lama, an experience that would change their lives, each other.
It could have been a little better off not focusing more than it should on the Maoist occupation of Tibet. Still, it is worth the effort to see, especially if you are a fan of Brad Pitt.
