Great action choreography, lavish production design and epic storytelling in the heroic tale of seven master swordsmen who band together to prevent the slaughter of innocent villagers by an evil warlord.
Donnie Yen is one of the best swordsmen I ever saw in his action scenes and this film is a bit familiar to Seven Samuari and The Magnificent Seven.
