Review of Seven Samurai (1954) by Kim M — 02 Oct 2011
It is easy to understand why this overly long movie is regarded as a masterpiece of film. I've always admired Toshiro Mifune but he absolutely shone as the character Kikuchiyo, but all the samurai played their parts beautifully and made us care about them and what they were trying to do.
This is one of those movie experiences that should not be missed.
