John Waters once described this as a sort of followup to "Female Trouble". Kathleen Turner is hilarious as a wonderful, friendly woman next door who also happens to be a serial killer. The deaths are so outlandishly funny that even censors can't help but laugh! "I'll get you pussy face!".
