Review of Sergeant Rutledge (1960) by Walter C — 07 May 2009
A black cavalry sergeant stands court-martial for raping and killing a white woman and murdering her father.
When I rented this I didn't know anything about it and I didn't expect what I saw. While the movie's heart is in the right place, it isn't very good. A lot of the acting is over acting and the script isn't well written.
